I graduated from Leeds University in 2004 with a BA (Hons) in Media with Management. Having studied media law as part of my degree, I made the decision to pursue a career in law and attended Leeds Metropolitan University where I studied for a Graduate Diploma in Law in 2005. I then moved home to Guildford to complete the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law.
I qualified as a solicitor in May 2010, specialising in civil and commercial litigation, and worked for one of the largest law firms in the East Midlands.
I joined Serjeants in August 2013 to specialise in Intellectual Property (IP) law. I’ve since achieved a second professional qualification as a Trade Mark Attorney.
I advise clients on the protection of trade marks, designs and copyright worldwide, including obtaining registrations where available. I also advise on cases involving the infringement of all IP rights (patents, trade marks, designs and copyright).
Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit, watching rugby, in particular the Leicester Tigers, and cooking.
